Fully washed and fermented, then graded at Aprokafe’s own quality lab. Specialty grade starts at 80. Ours start at 84.

Aprokafe · Elkin Diosa

A grower-run buying centre in Caicedo. Producers are paid 20% above the national reference price and sell specialty directly, instead of through middlemen.
