Frequently Asked Questions

Cocaine Coffee is a premium Colombian coffee brand built on a bold idea: replace coca cultivation with coffee cultivation. We source high-quality Colombian coffee from regions historically associated with coca farming and support the transition toward legal, sustainable coffee production.

Our name is provocative by design — but our mission is serious.

The name reflects our mission to help replace coca crops with coffee crops in Colombia.

For decades, many rural farmers were economically dependent on coca cultivation. Coffee offers a legal, sustainable, and globally respected alternative. Our brand exists to bring attention to that transformation — and to fund it through coffee sales.

In short:
Cocaine Coffee is about ending coca cultivation, not glorifying it.

Cocaine for Coffee™ is our guiding mission and long-term initiative to support farmers transitioning away from coca cultivation and into specialty coffee production.

Today, this means sourcing beans from regions with a history of coca farming through trusted suppliers. As we grow, our goal is to deepen those relationships, visit farms directly, and expand programs that support sustainable livelihoods.

Some of our coffees are grown using organic or low-intervention practices, but not all are certified organic at this time.

Rather than chasing labels, we prioritize quality, traceability, and responsible farming. Certification may come later as we scale.

Strength is subjective, but our coffees are selected and roasted to deliver a bold, flavorful, and satisfying cup.

If you like rich Colombian coffee with depth and character, you’ll feel right at home.

No.

Cocaine Coffee is about ending illegal drug cultivation, not celebrating it. The name sparks conversation — the mission creates change.

If the name made you curious, good. If the mission made you stay, even better.

Every bag sold helps prove that legal crops can outperform illegal ones — economically and culturally.
