Shipping Policy

We process orders as quickly as possible. Coffee roasted in Tampa usually ships within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Partner-roasted coffees are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days, and merchandise ships separately from our print partner. Orders containing different products may arrive in separate shipments.

Shipping Rates

US orders under $65 after discounts and before tax ship for one flat $6.99 charge. Orders of $65 or more ship free. This covers the whole order, including coffee, merchandise, subscriptions and renewals.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on carrier, location, and external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order is handed off to the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for:

• Carrier delays

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
