This policy applies to all subscription-based purchase options offered on our site.

Subscription Terms

Some products are offered as subscriptions. Standard subscriptions have no minimum term and require zero (0) paid billing cycles before you may cancel.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:

• You may cancel at any time

• There is no minimum commitment

• Subscription orders are billed automatically according to the selected frequency until you cancel

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

• Logging into your customer account, or

• Contacting support at orders@cocainecoffee.com

Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

No Refunds

All subscription charges are final once processed.
We do not offer refunds for:

• Subscription orders already billed

• Orders shipped prior to cancellation

• Promotional or free items
