Thank you for purchasing from Cocaine Coffee. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-returns and no-refunds policy as outlined below.

All Sales Are Final

All coffee products and merchandise sold on www.cocainecoffee.com are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

This policy exists to ensure:

  • Product safety and freshness

  • Compliance with food safety regulations

  • Fair pricing for all customers

Consumable Products

Coffee is a perishable and consumable good.

For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons:

  • Opened products cannot be returned

  • Unopened products cannot be resold

  • Taste preferences are not grounds for refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Orders (Limited Exception)

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged, or

  • Incorrect due to our error

Please contact us at orders@cocainecoffee.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Send a replacement, or

  • Issue store credit

Cash refunds are not guaranteed and are rarely issued.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

  • Order cancellation

  • Account restriction

  • Denial of future purchases

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks using order records, delivery confirmation, and this policy.

Subscription Orders (If Applicable)

Subscription orders are final once processed.

You may cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
