In Colombia, they call him El Flaco Grande — “The Big Skinny.” His story is the same as this coffee’s: a blend of two worlds, bold but smooth, full of flavor and heart.

Our Yellow Honey process captures that balance perfectly. The beans are hand-picked at high altitude, then pulped but left with a layer of sticky golden mucilage to dry in the sun. The result is a cup that’s naturally sweet and complex, with notes of honey, caramel, and stone fruit — a little wild, a little refined, and unforgettable.
