Ethiopia
Ethiopia — natural-process coffee from Sidama.
Grown at 2,000–2,200 m in Ethiopia’s Sidama region by smallholder farmers growing local heirloom varieties, then naturally processed and sun-dried with the fruit still on the bean. Exported through the Oromia Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union. Roasted medium-light to keep its bright acidity: caramel and vanilla sweetness, floral aromatics and berry, with a delicate body.
