The Morning Roast - Medium Dark Roast (Whole Bean)
Our most popular coffee, these premium beans are grown in the Colombian highlands and hand-picked by farmers who are actively transitioning away from coca production.
The Morning Fix comes from Ebéjico, Antioquia, a municipality of more than 1,600 coffee-growing families. It isn't one farm — it's a community lot, drawn from multiple smallholders and selected at the Los Cedros buying station, where an on-site Q-grader cups the arrivals. In 2024 Ebéjico held its first specialty coffee competition, and our importer bought several of the finalists.
