• The Morning Fix - Med/Dark (Whole Bean): Born in the misty highlands of Ebéjico, this washed-process medium-dark roast is more than coffee - it's a movement. Savor bittersweet cocoa, dark chocolate, toasted nuts, and hints of citrus and honey in a smooth, low-acidity cup. It supports the farmers turning former coca fields into thriving coffee farms, fueling your day with purpose. SCA 84.

• The O.G. Roast - Med/Dark (Whole Bean): The original grind that started it all, straight from Caicedo’s rugged mountains. This medium-dark roast pays tribute to pure Colombian authenticity with rich caramelization, dark chocolate, roasted almonds, subtle spice, and a lingering finish. No shortcuts, just bold flavor that'll hook you from the first sip. SCA 84.

• El Flaco Grande - Medium (Whole Bean): Known for its Yellow Honey process, the beans of El Flaco Grande are hand-picked at high altitude and pulped until they are left wih a layer of golden mucilage to dry in the sun. The result is a cup that's naturally sweet and complex, with notes of honey, caramel and stone fruit. SCA 87.
